More professional. Better riding.
Hard-use touring equipment engineered for long-distance adventure travel. Waterproof, impact-resistant, and built to hold up on the terrain most gear is never asked to face.
Safety & protection
Armour for rider and machine
Impact-absorbing steel crash bars, skid plates, and engine guards take the hit so your bike does not. Every protection component is built as heavy-duty armour for harsh environments, because a drop far from help is a recovery problem before it is a repair bill.

Practicality & reliability
Waterproof, whatever the day brings
Aluminium alloy top cases and side panniers for hard storage. Waterproof TPU roll bags, tank bags, and modular crash bar bags for everything else. Fully sealed and impact-resistant, tested against real-world extreme terrain rather than a specification sheet.

Rider-centric innovation
Solutions that came from the road
Quick-release luggage, high-output auxiliary LED driving lights, and smart wiring controllers. Every one of these started as a problem riders kept running into, not a feature list. Integrated electronics that install cleanly and behave predictably when the weather turns.

Coverage
Loboo warranty
Every Loboo product is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required. Send us your receipt or order confirmation with your claim. The purchase date on it is what the one-year period is counted from — without it we cannot establish that a product is still in warranty, and the claim cannot proceed.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects and malfunctions present in the product as supplied. If a part fails because of how it was made rather than how it was used, it is covered.
Bags and luggage
- Zippers that bind, separate, or fail to close
- Buckles, clips, and fasteners that fail to hold or release
- Parts missing from the box on arrival
Coverage applies only if the bag has not been dropped. If the bike has gone down with the bag mounted, or the bag has taken an impact, the claim falls outside warranty regardless of what failed.
Electronics
- Lights that stop working with no external cause
- Switches that stop responding, once you have checked the fuse
- Faults in the product’s internal wiring — the wiring inside the unit as we built it
- Parts missing from the box on arrival
Internal wiring only. Anything at the external connection points — how the product was wired into the bike, what it was tapped into, or the voltage supplied — is installation, not manufacturing, and is not covered.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Crash and impact damage, including any bag mounted at the time
- Unauthorised modification, disassembly, or repair
- Cosmetic marks — scratches, scuffs, fading, and discolouration
- Faults arising from installation: external wiring, incorrect tapping points, or incorrect supply voltage
- Blown fuses and other consumable parts
- Any claim made more than one year after purchase, or without proof of purchase
Inspection is required
We do not issue a warranty decision until we have inspected the product. Photos and a description help us prepare, but no claim is approved without the item in hand.
Send the product to us for assessment. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, both to us and, where applicable, on return.

FAQ
Common questions
How long is my product covered?
One year from the date of purchase, for every Loboo product. The date on your receipt is what the period is counted from.
Do I need my receipt?
Yes. Without a receipt or order confirmation we cannot establish the purchase date, and the claim cannot proceed.
Who pays for shipping?
You do. The product must be sent to us for inspection at your own cost, and return shipping is also the customer’s responsibility.
Can you decide from photos alone?
No. Photos help us prepare, but we do not issue a warranty decision until the product has been inspected in person.
My bag leaks after a drop — is that covered?
No. If the bike has gone down with the bag mounted, or the bag has taken an impact, the claim falls outside warranty regardless of what failed.
My light stopped working after I wired it in. Is that covered?
Only if the fault is in the wiring inside the unit. Anything at the external connection points — how it was wired to the bike, what it was tapped into, or the voltage supplied — counts as installation and is not covered. Check the fuse first.
How should I look after my gear?
Rinse road salt and grit off after wet rides and let bags dry fully before storing. Keep zippers and buckles clear of sand and mud. Check mounting bolts after the first few rides and periodically after that, since vibration works fasteners loose over time.
